HAPPY CLIENT!!!

A client has recently maintained their ISO certification after being audited by an external verifier and are delighted.

This was the first time that the audit was carried out remotely, with the use of Microsoft Teams, which we definitely recommend. We sent the auditor all the requested information via email so he had all the documents and even screenshot evidence of files and working procedures. The auditor passed favourable comment to amount of evidence sent and its structure and ease of use.

The audit was very successful with no NC's raised and just three opportunities for improvement identified. The auditor commented that he wished other companies would provide the same documentation and present it in such a way as to what we had.
