ISO 9001:2015

Over recent weeks, Asset have been working hard with one of our construction companies in Liverpool on the creation of their ISO 9001:2015 management system. All procedures and documents are in place and being implemented throughout the organisation. It is great to see the commitment of the directors in leading the management system and engaging all staff in the process.

Asset are in no doubts that the company will improve their control of quality related issues, ensure better strategic direction, win substantial contracts and continually improve the business overall.

Asset have conducted a full system audit, coinciding with three process audits where issues have been raised, corrective action provided and corrective action implemented to improve processes and procedures.
